Loan Delivery 10-day extension request

Extension requests cannot be used to extend the underwriter certification or the purchase date to US Bank. 

If the loan is still active and IF FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE,  a loan may be reactivated at the discretion of the Compliance Office.  And, there must be a good reason for the delay.  By completing this form, your loan will NOT automatically receive an extension.  Check the pipeline 48 hours (2 business days) after submitting a request to verify the extension.  If the extension is not approved, you will be notified.

Explanation of delay:

 

  I understand that by submitting this extension request; 1) the loan will not automatically receive an extension; 2) if the loan does receive an extension, it will not be more than one 10 calendar day period - multiple extensions are not permitted; 3) the cost of the extension is .25% that MUST be paid by the party causing the delay (this fee will be netted at loan purchase by US Bank);  4) two business days after the submission of this extension request, I must check the McWeb pipeline for my institution.  I agree with the terms of this extension.
