• FHA is now requiring the federal tax ID number (EIN) on the transmittal summary of the governmental entity providing down payment or closing cost assistance.    The Escambia County Housing Finance Authority’s EIN is 59-3010066.

Using the list of the Target Area census tract numbers (determined by HUD) in the Administrator's Guidelines, go to Targeted Area Maps and Census Tract Number Search  to print a map.  You'll have to choose the county, then the target area census tract number from the administrator's guidelines, then click on the Map It button.
